Do you price match with competitors?
Spa Equipment Unlimited will match any competitor’s price as long as the item is the exact item. If you find the exact item with a lower price, we will match it! Please note the item must be in-stock and a competitor’s quote must be either faxed or emailed over to your representative.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are normally shipped 24-48 hours from receipt of order. If item is on backorder your will be notified and your credit card will not be charged until item has arrived in our warehouse.

If I live in California, can I pickup my order?
Absolutely. To arrange a pickup at our warehouse in Van Nuys, California simply place your order online or by phone prior to 12 pm (PST) for pickup the same day. Orders received after 12 pm (PST) can pickup their orders the following day. Please make sure to make proper arrangements for your vehicle to fit all items purchased.

My packages were damaged, what should I do?
1. If package was delivered by a Freight Company (e.g. any company OTHER THAN UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) make sure to state when signing for the delivery that it arrived damaged. Do not throw any contents away, make sure to keep all original packaging as it was delivered to you and contact your customer service representative within 48-hours of receipt of damaged merchandise to process return and reshipment of merchandise.

2. If UPS, FEDEX, or DHL delivered your package damaged, please sign for it as damaged and do not throw anything away. Contact your customer service representative so that a damage report can be filed to have the damaged merchandise picked up and a new order reshipped to you immediately.

What is your return policy?
All new merchandise must be returned within 7-days from date customer takes delivery of items for a refund and subject to a restocking fee of 25% and any shipping costs if merchandise is not returned in its original condition. Returned items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee after 48-hours of order placement and any shipping costs. Custom items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect. All returns must be called in for a return authorization number (RAN), without one we will not accept any packages.

Some parts from my equipment were damaged during shipping. What should I do?
If for any reason there are damages to certain parts after you open up your shipment, simply let us know which parts needs replacement and we will have it shipped out ASAP.

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for all equipment except for the following items:

Clear FX Micro-Dermabrasion Systems - LIFETIME WARRANTY
Oxygen Generators - 5-year Warranty

What if something goes wrong with my equipment?
No worries. At Spa Equipment Unlimited we offer an in-house servicing center where all your servicing needs can be done. We do not send out your merchandise to another company to fix or repair. Our highly trained technicians will diagnose the problem within 24-hours, give you a call to inform you of the problem (if any) and repair or service your item and send it back within 48-hours of receipt. Sometimes servicing may take longer depending on exact problem however you will be notified within 24-hours of receipt the exact issue and time frame for shipping back to your facility. 

Do you offer maintenance and servicing on my equipment?
Absolutely! Simply call 1-800-772-0252 to schedule a servicing appointment for your item to be serviced at our facility.
